By accessing or using GetQrivo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

GetQrivo is a QR code and barcode platform that includes public web tools and an authenticated dashboard for generation, management, and analytics.

• The Free tier provides core scanning, generation, and organization with limited folders, tags, and batch operations.
• The Premium tier removes core usage limits and unlocks advanced destination control, saved-code workflows, and analytics features. Paid web plans are billed through our secure checkout partner.
• Monthly and annual plans renew until cancelled. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase.
• Prices are displayed on the pricing page and may vary by region or taxes.
• You may manage recurring billing from the link in your receipt email or by contacting support before renewal.

• You are responsible for all content you create, store, and share using the Service.
• Do not use the App to create QR codes that link to illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.

GetQrivo provides local safety heuristics to flag potentially suspicious URLs. These checks are informational only and do not guarantee content safety. Always verify links before sharing sensitive information.

GetQrivo, its logo, design, and code are protected by copyright. QR codes you generate are yours to use. The Service does not claim ownership of your content.

Some features can work only in your browser session, while account-linked dashboard data is stored on our service so it can be accessed across sessions. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling, analytics, and third-party services.

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Safety heuristics are best-effort and should not replace professional security tools.
• Product barcode lookups depend on third-party databases and may be incomplete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetQrivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website.
